This article aims to analyze access to certain human rights in Bosnia and Herzegovina (“B&H”), being aware that there may be violations of other human rights in BiH, which are not cited in this document. It is not intended, therefore, to make an exhaustive list of all the human rights that are not respected in the country, but rather a list of those with which the authors are most familiar, which are the ones with which they understand that they can best be reflected. the relationship between said violations and the structure and will of the country's leaders.
