Abstract

The paper presents some features of Balkan Vlax Romani and the way how the new words are formed in the process of codification of the language. The paper gives information and ideas about the process of standardisation of the langue using lexical items from different dialects. In cases when there is no possibility to take words from different dialects the process of creation of neologisms is shown following the grammatical rules of Romani.
